Formerly a gallery, the space at 136 sat long vacant. We were hired to show off the space for potential leases. We hosted several activations, including: a two-month restaurant; a pop-up photo studio; art shows; a vendor market; a memorial shrine; and a high-end boutique fundraiser.

We were successful in helping our client secure a tenant for a wine bar and lounge.
